*Later, after Femme has vented about this conversation to Clark*
Clark: "... Wanna send him a pic of a huge pornstar d**k and tell him it's mine?"
Femme: *cracks up, but declines*
I have a couple of doubts about Admiral's behavior. You have said that he was Femme's royal guard but went on his own after arriving to Earth, and that Conq'orians are naturally blunt on these subjects, so I wonder:
-Was Admiral so blunt with here before? Seems strange for a royal guard to address royalty that way, but perhaps it is normal in Conq'orians. Or has he gotten more direct after being liberated from his duty?
-Femme, on the other hand, seems to act like most earthlings would act in this situation. Has her personality adapted to Earth cultural standards after spending some years here? Or was she like that from the beginning?
Suerly most of their background and Conq'orian culture will be featured in future issues, but I'm just curious ;)
Can't go too much into their backstories since they will be major plot points later, but I guess I could tell you that the Admiral would most likely be dead if he spoke to Femme that way back on their home world.
I suspect the Admiral may have grown up amongst individuals who are on the more extreme end of Conq'orian blunt advances, and thinks that's somehow the norm for his culture of birth.
dear essaybee
First, love the comic, the premise that the girl in a superhero relation is the one with the power, prestige exe. sounds like it is going to make for an interesting story.
second how does the admiral know that Clarke isn't hung like a horse.
In a COMPLETELY unrelated note can you make Clarke hung like a horse so Femme can rub the admiral's face in it later?
Saw this comment on a reread. I really don't think we wanna see Femme rubbing AA's face in Clark's junk (although some folks might be into that, I guess...)
