Here's the 6th teaser for Dude in Distress. Here we get a peek at Femme Fantastic in her around-the-house, bumming clothes. This look will feature in the "Living With a Superhero" interludes that'll be sprinkled throughout the series.
Dude in Distress will be more teen-rated (maybe as high as 16+), but it'll mainly be for suggestive dialogue and some adult humor. Tone-wise, it won't be too much different from Fusion, although the focus will be on the relationship of Femme Fantastic and Clark Peters (and the advice they get from their friends) instead of on superhero-ing. I'm also trying to treat it as a more strip-oriented comic instead of an issue-based one, although each episode (i.e., collection of strips) will tell an overall story. The first episode is titled "Falling for You," and will be composed of 32 strips (and each strip is composed of 4-7 frames).
Plan is now for this year (hopefully summer). Depends on my schedule. I got a promotion last year, which cut into my comic time, so production on this has been going a lot slower than I had anticipated. I'll be making an announcement both here and at Fusion when I have something more concrete to tell everyone.
Yeah, tried that with the bottle... looks impressive but it doesn't work very well... Not with a can, much less with a bottle unless you cool down your hand too.
